Operating Principle:

Jas enterprise have developed a fruits pulper and vegetable pulping machines of various sizes for extraction the pulp of most fruits and vegetables such as mangoes, peaches, tomatoes, guavas, bananas etc. The vegetable pulper unit consists of two brushes which give a combined beating and brushing action. The fruit pulper unit can also be supplied with four brushes depending upon the fruits to be handled. The gap between the sieve and beaters/brushes can be adjusted to suit different type of size and qualities of products to be pulped. The sieve is available and perforations of different sizes and is easily removable for cleaning. Food regulation screw ensures correct feeding of products for better performance. All metal contact parts are Stainless steel. Jas is also providing a structure for fruit pulper using mild steel fabricated heavy duty "L" section. All parts of machine  can be easily dismantled and reassembled for facility of inspection, proper washing, cleaning, and periodic maintenance.
