It plays a crucial role in the post-harvest processing phase by effectively removing unwanted impurities such as stones, sand, dust, stems, and other foreign materials that are commonly mixed with chillies during harvesting, drying, and handling.

Built with robust materials and advanced cleaning technology, the machine typically operates using a combination of vibratory sieves, aspiration (air suction) systems, and grading mechanisms. As chillies pass through the machine, they are gently vibrated and sifted, allowing heavier contaminants like stones and sand to be separated from the chilli pods.
